THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) announced today it will hold its 2016 annual meeting of stockholders on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 8:30 a.m., local time, at The Westin The Woodlands, 2 Waterway Square Place, The Woodlands, TX 77380. Holders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2016 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
Huntsman Corporation will host a meeting for investors and analysts on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., local time in New York City. The agenda for the meeting will include a review of the company’s business strategy and an in-depth discussion of each of the company’s businesses.
