Local Biodiversity Action Plans

Local Biodiversity Action plans are a means by which national biodiversity targets can be achieved. Local Biodiversity Action Plans follow the guidelines of the UK Biodiversity Action Plan and also take into account both local and national priorities.

Local plans adhere to a similar structure as the UK Biodiversity Action Plan and follow the same 5 steps.

The Local Biodiversity Action Plan for this area is the Tees Valley Biodiversity Action Plan.
