Scarlino, Italy

Green lizard - has been recorded several times at Scarlino but is uncommon on the site.The Tioxide Scarlino site is situated on the west coast of Italy to the south of the town of Follonica in the Grosseto region of Tuscany (see Figure 20).

The total site covers about 40 ha. and includes wild areas some natural, or at least semi-natural, and others created as part of the sites landscaping programme.
