Huntsman to increase MDI prices in the Americas region

The Woodlands, TX - Huntsman Polyurethanes, a business division of Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN), announced today that it will increase prices for all MDI products by $0.05 per pound on September 1, 2006 or as contracts allow.

Huntsman said the price increases reflect continued high energy costs and high demand for raw material products.
