Energizing Customers for Huntsman Online business is a web-based customer portal that offers user-friendly, fast interaction with Huntsman 24/7.

The portal is available in English/German/Spanish (Americas) and Simplified/Traditional Chinese.
With ECHO, a user can go online anytime to:

  • Place new orders and re-order products
  • Change orders
  • Review order history
  • Review and download information about your orders : orders submitted, confirmed, shipped for delivery, and invoiced
  • Check invoice details and status
  • Preview and download documents including CRM, pickinglist, proforma
  • Use a contact form to give feedback

This tool will be updated regularly with new features to enhance online-user friendliness and customer experience.

A chat function will be added and will be operational later this year.
