Huntsman to Increase MDI Prices in the Americas Region

THE WOODLANDS, TX - Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN) announced May 1 that its Polyurethanes division will increase prices in the NAFTA region for all MDI products by $0.05 per pound on June 1, 2007, or as applicable contracts allow.

Huntsman said the price increases reflect high raw material costs, including record high benzene prices.

Huntsman Corporation is North America’s largest producer of MDI.
