OLIN and HUNTSMAN Announce S-4 Registration Statement in Connection with Planned Merger is Effective

Olin Corporation (NYSE: OLN) ("Olin") and Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) ("Huntsman") announced that on July 13, 2026, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective the registration statement on Form S-4 (the "Registration Statement") filed by Olin in connection with the previously announced all-stock merger of equals (the "Transaction") to form a combined company, OlinHuntsman.
