Huntsman To Increase Nonylphenol Ethoxylate And Polyethylene Glycol Prices In The Americas Region

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Huntsman Performance Products, a division of Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN), announced today that it will increase the prices on all grades of its POGOL® polyethylene glycol series products and its SURFONIC ® N nonylphenol ethoxylate series products by $0.03/lb on September 1, 2006 or as contracts allow.

Huntsman said the price increases reflect continued cost pressures in the energy, logistics and basic raw materials markets.
