Polyurethanes experts to promote hot-cast elastomer materials and machines

The Woodlands, TX – Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) today announced that its Polyurethanes division will be taking part in the 2018 Polyurethane Manufacturers Association (PMA) Annual Meeting. The event takes place at the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club in North Naples, Fla., May 5-8.

At this year’s PMA Annual Meeting, Huntsman’s Polyurethanes division will be highlighting the innovative solutions that its Tecnoelastomeri systems house produces for the hot-cast elastomer market. Huntsman Tecnoelastomeri is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-tech elastomers and elastomer casting equipment. The business offers end-to-end elastomers service within the hot-cast elastomers market.

Polyurethane manufacturers visiting the PMA Annual Meeting will be able to find out more about Huntsman Tecnoelastomeri’s DALTOCAST™ MDI-based hot-cast systems. This advanced portfolio of polyurethane elastomer systems includes a full range of polyols and chain extenders based on MDI. PMA attendees will also be able to learn about Huntsman Tecnoelastomeri’s CASTECH™ hot-cast elastomer processing machines. This innovative equipment solution is designed to accurately meter and mix hot cast elastomeric systems, and can work with various types of polyurethane systems, including microcellular elastomer foams.
