Huntsman Polyurethanes Launch Enhanced Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Website

The Woodlands, Texas – Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) Polyurethanes Division announced the completion of its enhanced website highlighting the energy-saving benefits of spray polyurethane foam (SPF). The website can be viewed at www.huntsman.com/sprayfoam. Huntsman is a leading global producer of MDI, a key component used to produce SPF.

The website was redesigned as an educational tool to provide visitors with an overview of the many appropriate applications for spray polyurethane foam (SPF) and its benefits, and to share Huntsman’s expertise within the spray foam market.

Enhanced website elements include a showcase of spray foam applications in military, residential and commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. It also includes a library of white papers, case studies, product brochures and sales sheets, which are available for download.

“Our first priority is to increase awareness of the benefits of spray foam insulation to achieve airtight buildings,” said Monica Karamagi, regional marketing and industry affairs manager for Huntsman Polyurethanes. “To that end, the website was redesigned to serve as an educational library for SPF, and share information on creating energy efficient buildings and homes.”

Literature available on the site includes brochures and white papers addressing Working Safely with Spray Polyurethane Foam; Polyurethane Insulation for Green, Energy Efficient Buildings; Military Standards and Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation; Frequently Asked Questions About Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF); Proper Design of HVAC Systems for Spray Foam Homes and much more.
