Huntsman Announces Details of 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) today announced that it will hold its 2012 annual meeting of stockholders on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 8:30 a.m., local time, at The Four Seasons Hotel, 1300 Lamar Street, Houston, Texas 77010.  Holders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2012 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
