Huntsman Announces Second Quarter 2008 Common Dividend

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, May 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) today announced that the company's board of directors has declared a $0.10 per share cash dividend on its common stock.

The dividend is payable on June 30, 2008, to stockholders of record as of June 16, 2008.
